The seed phrase is an 18 or 24-word phrase of the names of random things. Each account on the MetaMask Wallet has a different set of secret recovery phrases. During the time of setting up your wallet account, it will be presented to you. It is your duty to write it down somewhere private, where no one can look into it. This phrase is the only thing that is holding your account together, so, it needs utmost safety. You can use this phrase at the time of MetaMask login if you forget your password.
